    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before making a custom deposit, please be sure to read this entire listing and get in touch if you have any questions. Please also browse through my shop and Instagram to familiarize yourself with my style, abilities, and general pricing.

Once purchased, you will receive an email from me within 72 hours to begin planning your piece. Each custom piece is thoughtfully designed and handmade, with your preferences in mind. Photos of available stones within my vast collection will be provided during the process. Photos on this listing are just examples of some of the many stones in my collection. There are hundreds of gems that have yet to be photographed! If you do happen to have a favorite from the images already provided, feel free to let me know, as it may be available.

A more exact time frame for fabricating your piece will be provided once the design has been agreed upon. Production times may vary due to workload, but 4-6 weeks is common. A price estimate will also be provided once the design is finalized.

If for some reason we are not able to agree upon a design, pricing, or I don't have a stone that appeals to you, a refund of your deposit will be issued (apart from any fees incurred for supplies and 25% for account for time and payment processing fees.) The option for a refund on the deposit is waived once fabrication begins.

Upon completion of the piece, a second listing or Paypal invoice will be created with the balance remaining on the full price.  (Shipping costs are paid at time of deposit, but shipping fees will not be charged again at final payment.) Payment of the full quoted price of the piece, minus any deposits or additional installment payments made previously, must be paid within 2 weeks of completion of the piece.  Upon receipt of the remainder of the balance, I will ship the piece to you within 3-5 business days.  If full payment is not made within 2 weeks of the final invoice the deposit cost and any rights to the piece will be forfeited. The piece will then be repurposed at seller's full discretion.

Please be aware, custom-made pieces are not considered eligible for refunds, as they are made specifically to your preferences and size.

*Coupons/sales cannot be applied towards custom orders.

If you have any questions or concerns, please shoot me a message before purchasing this listing. Thanks you!

    FAQs

    1.            Q. How long does it take?

    A. Once we agree on a design, and accept a deposit, it usually takes about 8-12 weeks until we are done. At this point the jewelry is ready to ship.

Before this, sometimes there will be some time of back and forth before we arrive at the design that is truly perfect for you. It takes a little longer via the internet, but that's part of the process.

    2.            Q. What Metals do you work in?

    A. We work in precious metals:  18 Karat Yellow Gold, 14 Karat Yellow Gold, 14 Karat X-1 White Gold (a superior white gold alloy, very white), 14 Karat Palladium White Gold, 14 Karat Rose Gold, 14 Karat Gold, and Sterling Silver.

     3.           Q. What other materials can I use to make a custom piece?

        A. You can use crystals, leather, fabric, lace, velvet, steel and many other materials more specific to your special creation.

    4.            Q. Is Custom work more costly than ready made jewelry?

                   A. Sometimes yes, sometimes no, but it represents a better value. You may spend a little more than you would for mass produced jewelry, but you get a lot more for your money.

*It should be noted that with our pieces, doing custom work, there is original design work, individual attention, model making, casting a one of a kind piece, and finally a level of individual hand craftsmanship in polishing and stone setting that are totally different than factory mass production. It means you end up with a vastly superior one of a kind piece of jewelry.
